What is Bloom's Taxonomy?

Bloom's Taxonomy is a framework for teachers to use to encourage critical thinking skills in their classrooms.  Teachers use the framework at a tool to help design performance tasks, create objectives, and assess students.

Bloom's Taxonomy is 6 levels of hierarchical cognitive levels; level one being knowledge to level 6 being creation.
