Embracing Adventure

We believe having “adventures” helps clarify perceived vs. actual skills, which can lead to students having a stronger self-image. Safe physical, emotional, and academic “adventures” enable students to discover their capabilities and to strengthen their self-awareness.

Clarifiers: this includes physical, emotional, and academic adventures; based on Simon Priest’s “misadventure” theory/graphs; challenging and pushing the development of skills in a safe environment/method.
